Blue Dog Democrats, self-limiting to 47 members in the current Congress, are winning heavily in PAC money. John Tanner (TN) steers the issues to pay-go fiscal conservatism and strong defense (business interests.) They made exception for stimulus bill, but make it clear to Leader Pelosi on other matters where they stand.
