According to the Guardian UK, Misrata rebels have found documents implicating Libyan strongman Muammar Gaddafi in war crimes, and are holding them for International Criminal Court investigators. The Guardian reports that the Observer, a sister British newspaper to the Guardian, has actually seen some of the files, which, of course, must also be authenticated by ICC investigators.
