The streets of Toronto descended into anarchy Saturday as the city's police chief warned of more mayhem on the last day of the G20 summit. Hard-core, balaclava-wearing anarchists burned police cars, smashed and looted stores and threw bricks, bottles and bags filled with urine at police Saturday.
