A class action lawyer could file suit on behalf of Americans who have suffered heart disease as a result of the government's failure to prevent the 9/11 attacks. A lawsuit might allow subpoenas and discovery into what really happened on 9/11. A lawsuit would allow subpoenas and discovery.
