Twenty thousand people, including nuns, monks and ordinary Burmese, marched through the streets of Rangoon today, demanding freedom for the Nobel Laureate, Aung San Suu Kyi, in a dramatic escalation of the country's Buddhist-led 'saffron revolution'.
