Would President Washington continue to warn against party faction and foreign influence?

Washington's 1796 Farewell Address to the nation emphasized the need for a unified federal government and warned against party faction and foreign influence. If he were alive today, what is the likelihood that our first President would change his mind about those two things, considering (a) the level of acrimony in our current presidential election process, and (b) the article by professors Walt and Mearsheimer about a foreign country which has a powerful influence over American foreign policies (see BBC article).

If he were alive today, do you think President Washington would continue to warn us about the dangers arising from BOTH concerns (party factions and foreign influence)?

Yes, he would continue to warn against both concerns.
No, he might continue to warn against party factions, but not against foreign influence.
No, he might continue to warn against foreign influence, but not against party faction.
