Will you torture?

     What will you do if you are given an order to do whatever it takes to the prisoner in order to confirm the suspicions about him and /or his associates?

I will do my job whatever it takes and get the prisoner talking
I will decline that order and offer an alternative strategy
I will decline that order and report the one who issued it to superiors
I will interrogate the prisoner professionally with no abuse or torture
I will demand an inquiry on how such orders could be issued in the first place
