Who thinks the Bush administration is promoting the bombings of Gaza the Holiday Season?

     After several days of bombing and over 300 reported deaths, Israel is mobilizing its forces further.  To what degree is the Bush Administration and/or coming change in administration responsible for this particular bombings and increase in violence in Gaza?

I don't have a strong opinion on what led to this event
Israel planned and carried this out on its own based on needs of Kadima party in Israel
Israel planned and carried this out on its own based on the coming regime change in USA
It's a 100% Hamas' fault in Gaza

W. Bush and his adminstration obviously gave Israel the Green Light,
