Who rules the world? Is this an ex-enforcer/operative from the ruling elite?

Extensively interviewed and released on video by Bill Ryan Jan 1, 2011 of Project Avalon, whether an impostor or genuine, this man's story is utterly compelling and unsettling.
Claiming to be "an ex-operative" of our hidden masters, "Charles" has contracted [or been deliberately infected with] a terminal disease and has decided to strike back at his ex "employers" before his death by revealing some of their methods and plans.

Although a bit lengthy at two hours plus, the subject matter is about as weighty as anything imaginable surrounding the human race's survival.
What is your opinion, real or fake?
