Claiming to be "an ex-operative" of our hidden masters, "Charles" has contracted [or been deliberately infected with] a terminal disease and has decided to strike back at his ex "employers" before his death by revealing some of their methods and plans.

Although a bit lengthy at two hours plus, the subject matter is about as weighty as anything imaginable surrounding the human race's survival.
