by 9 PM tuesday night-- after VA, PA, FL, NC, OH have been counted
By November 11th
By 3:00 AM Wednesday
By 11 PM tuesday night, after MN, NM, CO, NV, AZ, AR, WY, MO, IA have been counted
After November 15th
