What if?

You are the head of Indian Intelligence and you have verifiable information that the group that killed over 300 people in Mumbai were part of a larger organization that planned similar attacks in India with the next 3 months on a large scale and that this operation was just a 'test' run.   You have captured one member of the group and you are confident he knows when and where the next attacks will occur.  How do you interrogate this individual?

Use standard interrogation methods only.
If standard interrogation methods do not work, use aggressive interrogation techniques.
If the above techniques do not work, use interrogation techniques that include torture.
Do nothing and just try him for his crimes.
