The Disorderly Conduct Charge

The New York Daily News (11/1/09) reported that Al Sharpton calls the recent arrest of his daughter and ex-wife for Disorderly Conduct unfair. The duo was apparently charged in connection with an alleged argument with police over a traffic ticket citation. Do you believe police should be able to charge someone with disorderly conduct because the person verbally expressed disagreement in the officer's presence? http://www.nydailynews.com/news/ny_crime/2009/10/31/2009-10-31_al_sharptons_exwife_and_daughter_get_disorderly_conduct_tickets_after_speeding_a.html
