SHALL WE REVISE THE SUPREME COURT LIFETIME APPIONTMENT?

I have an idea, which will return Sanctity to the Supreme Court (SC) through a Constitutional amendment. As it now stands changes in government administration leaves the appointments on the SC to blind luck of the draw-a shoot of the dice, whomever happens to be in Office when justices die or need to retire. Therefore, I suggest a tenure system of 9 years which staggers the nomination to the court so that all members are staggered on a different time table/schedule for appointment, initially for 3 years, with a renewable tenure at the discretion of the president who nominated a justice, for 3 more years, with a second renewal possible for 3 years.

Agree, Disagree.
