Middle East Peace by Plebiscite

     Would you be in favor of a plebiscite, in which Israeli and Palestinian populations have a real opportunity to exercise democratic self-determination to end the war between them with vote on the same day, each by majority vote, to accept or reject an arbitrated Regional Peace Treaty.
