Impeachment - probability and consequences

This poll asks whether Impeachment is a viable possibility and asks about the consequences were it to be undertaken.

There is no chance that either Cheyney or Bush will be inpeached while still in office
If Articles of Impeachment were prepared in the House, conviction would fail in the Senate
If either or both faced a Senate Trial, Bush would intervene by declaring Martial Law
A possible strategy would be to indict and try both after leaving office
Nothing will be done, either while both are in office, or after leaving
