How to obtain deep reforms to our political system necessary to restore American Democracy

If you feel strongly that American democracy has been in serious decline for some time and that we desperately need fundamental reforms, such as: replacing the Electoral College with the popular vote, providing a constitutional mechanism for citizens to recall a president, making  mandatory that only Congress can declare ware and cannot sidestep that constitutional requirement by any means, that all private financing of political campaigns must be replaced by total public financing (to remove the influence of special interests, lobbyists, corporate powers, etc), to outlaw presidential signing statements that in any way negate legislation passed by Congress, then DO YOU FAVOR USING FOR THE FIRST TIME IN AMERICAN HISTORY, WHAT THE FOUNDERS PROVIDED IN ARTICLE V OF THE CONSTITUTION - A CONVENTION OF STATE DELEGATES TO CONSIDER PROPOSALS FOR CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENTS (that still must be ratified by 3/4 of the states).

Yes, I support the first time use of an Article V convention
Yes, I support the first time use of an Article V convention and want presidential candidates to declare their position on this
No, I do not see the need for an Article V convention to obtain major political reforms
