In the light of the devastating but very unusual earthquake on Haiti(only one-half of the island was affected) several sources, especially in Russia, asserted that it was the first test of the new US-developed geophysical weapon - similar to the nuclear bombardment in 1945. Now, they say, US had taken over Haiti to see the results. It is especially interesting in lieu of the 1946 8.1- level Hispaniola earthquake when only 1500 died.

What do you think?

It is nonsense. The earthquake had natural causes.
The earthquake was natural but the human toll is due to the US policies.
That is true. US had been developing such weapon for years. So do China and Russia.
There seem to be no public discussion of the earthquake, so anything is possible.
Whatever we think does not matter.
