     Should Congress have Carl Rove ( and any other person who refuses to testify under subpoena ) arrested and brought before Congress or should Congress just move on and let anyone who ignores their request slide?

YES - Arrest Carl Rove and any others like him who refuse to show up.
NO - Congress should let them slide
