Concepts of Sovereignty in 2008 and questioning how to aid the Burmese

     "France has suggested invoking a U.N. 'responsibility to protect' clause and delivering aid directly to cyclone-hit Myanmar without waiting for approval from the [Myanmar] military." Do you agree with France on its call that the UN bypass the traditional constraints of sovereignty in order to protect millions of Burmese?

I agree with France's position.
I disagree.
I don't know. This issue seems too complex to answer in a simple poll.
In this case I agree with France's position, but I don't think it should be applied normally.
