personal note for Rob re: recent fall and fracture

::::::::

Sorry to hear about your fall. There is a safe, effective homeopathic remedy that helps to both heal bone fractures more quickly and reduces the discomfort. It's called "Symphytum" and can be found at good health food stores in the homeopathic remedies section. It doesn't interact with other medications and is safe even for infants, children and small animals. It comes in different concentrations, I usually use 30X (30C is very similar and works as well).

The dosage is four pellets at least four times a day--you can take it more often as needed. Let the pellets dissolve under your tongue, at least five minutes before or after eating (ie--no food in mouth at the time). The best indication is if you take a dose and in a few minutes notice that the pain has markedly decreased. When you notice that the pain has come back, take another dose, even if it has only been 30 minutes or an hour. You'll notice after several doses that the time interval begins to lengthen.

I have also used homeopathics to heal a kitten with a severely broken leg and a flock of sneezing chickens!)

I'm a 54 year-old feminist, mother of four almost-grown sons. Raising them I often felt like I was pushing against the weight of the entire culture as I tried to teach them that compassion is strength and violence is really a form of weakness. Now (more...)
