The most beautiful moment in all the Democratic National Convention was when Nancy Pelosi made a motion to adjourn. That was awesome.
It was the end of a historic convention. There were questions before the convention started, and finished, consensus sanctified popular will of all assembled: Obama/Biden. And no one threw chairs at anyone, and no one tried to beat another on the head with a shoe. It simply decided who those assembled thought should be president.
The Article V Convention is another type of convention where Americans chosen by citizens of their state, build consensus. It wouldn't take more than a week, and that's because it's been since forever the people were allowed to exercise this right. Are we going to get one? Who knows? I think that Americans simply aware of the provision is important. If you're too tied to the status Quo, and can't advocate the Article V Convention, it's OK it's understood.
