Gerald Ford set an insidious precedent with the pardon of Nixon(CRIMINAL) that has metastasized to the cancer of the Bush Crime Family. Bush, Cheney, Rove et al. are guilty of Genocide, Torture and Warrantless Wire Tapping. Not to mention the evisceration of our Constitution and Economic Terrorism.
If President Obama through the auspices of the Department of Justice and the appointment of a Special Prosecutor will not recognize that we are a nation that was constructed by 'The Rule of Law', we will be forever beholden to the same mechanisms that has brought about the rise of Fascism and the Military Industrialized Complex of the 20th Century.
King George and the NeoCONS must be held accountable to the Constitution and the Rule of Law. Nixon said "If the President does it, it's not illegal". Bush, Cheney, Gonzales, Rove, Addington and Yoo sought to emblazon that credo on everything they touched.
