The top story at this moment on another news site is the bombing of Hawaii. I know about this story because I wrote it - see top story here www.axisoflogic.com .

What I am trying to figure out is, precisely WHY? Why would you drop bombs into soils contaminated with Depleted Uranium? Why would you want to russtle up the toxic and radioactive dust contained in the soils filled with Uranium munitions from decades of target practice at Pohakuloa Training Area?
This is the quickest way to ruin Hawaiian Paradise and the fragile, delicate ecosystem of that beautiful island that so many of us wish to visit one day! Why would you DO such a thing to America's closest thing to Heaven On Earth?
Do most Americans realize that the US military is dropping bombs into radioactive soils? This is not being discussed in the mainstream media, so I keep wondering if perhaps very few people even know?
I do not like the fact that Hawaiians live within 15 miles of that radioactive training ground where the 2,000 lb. bombs are dropped each month out of B-2 stealth bombers. What did the Hawaiian Islanders ever do to deserve such an onslaught and gross violation of their human right to life and liberty?!
Someone please help me make sense of this. I have no answers for such absolute disregard for human life and the gross destruction of a uniquely beautiful environment.
