George Washington
What would George Washington do to Expose the Lies and the taking of our Liberties of and by the Bush Administration? (incl. 9/11)
If George Washington were to come back to expose to the lies and the taking of our liberties of and by the George W. Bush administration he would:
FIRST, George would ask for a press conference so that all may hear our first president, the honest, I-cannot-tell-a-lie George Washington, speak nearly 220 years after taking office. At this press conference he would tell the honest truth about the lies of the George W. Bush administration. But ALAS, no press would show up. Apparently the media blockade would seem to be even mightier than George Washington.
SECOND, George would write to the editors of all the nation’s major newspapers and magazines to have them publish his, George Washington’s honest revelations of the lies and the taking of our liberties of and by the George W. Bush administration. But they would not publish saying this George Washington must be an imposter. But George would respond, check the Constitution and compare my signature. Surely you will then understand I am the real George Washington. But the media would not respond because the blockade is too strong.
THIRD, George would stand on the steps of the Capitol building to personnally spread the word to each and every Congressman and Senator. That should do the trick. But George would begin to despair after a day or two upon hearing only of many compliments on his nice “costume.”
LAST, George would ponder, “Just what can I do to save this great country I helped to found?” AH! Just what is this thing called the “internet?” I see. I will start posting at OpEdnews and 911blogger. I will be able to reach far and wide!! Maybe I can yet save this fine country.
And that is the story of George Washington’s return. Will it be George’s second crossing of the Delaware?
