This author has told the both the worlds of creationism and theology, that they are not understanding the Genesis text. Creation Science is (double) foolishness, and I have not encountered a young Earth believer that was not a hypocrite. They pretend to believe in “literal interpretation” until you ask them specifically “where did the water come from” on the first day, and “were the birds created a day before mankind on the fifth day, or after mankind on the sixth day?”. They refuse to listen to the truth.
Theistic evolutionists accept a 4.6 billion year old Earth, but also acknowledge a 13.7 billion year old universe. God said in Exodus 20:11, that “For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day”. They are calling God a liar. They also compromise with secular science concerning the history of life on this planet, saying that God “used evolution”.
The only doctrine that teaches the correct view of scripture is the “Observations of Moses”, as written in the book “Moses Didn’t Write About Creation!!”. But what are the worlds of creationism and theology doing? They are clinging to their same false and foolish doctrines, not understanding the Genesis text.
Many so-called believers seem to think that the Jewish writers of scripture did not get their direction from God. I read one popular book, which was full of compromise, that said that the biblical writers borrowed from their surrounding nations when they wrote the text. That is a lie. For more than 1600 years, God inspired each writer, making Himself the central and consistent theme.
So, what’s wrong with creationists? They refuse to drop their false doctrines and accept the truth of Genesis. The next time you encounter a creationist, ask them to explain “the Observations of Moses”. Most likely, they won’t be able to, but they will not accept it.
As you read the probable comments to this article, most will be from those speaking from ignorance, that have not read the above said book. I’d be interested in reading the thoughts of those that have read the book, for only they have a legitimate cause to comment.
