John Adams wrote, "Liberty can not be preserved without general knowledge among people."There are a bazillion questions about the shenanigans of the Bush-Cheney gang that the worst congress in history doesn't want us to know the answers to.
Questions like: "What really happened on 9/11 and why?", "Who attended Cheney's super secret energy meetings in May, 2001 and what deals were made?", "Why was the search for bin Laden called off and Iraq invaded instead?", "Why does Bush want the authority to abduct people and 'render' them to rogue countries to be held incommunicado and tortured ?", "Why is Bush building permanent military bases and the largest "embassy" in the world in Iraq?", "What became of 9 BILLION missing dollars of money sent to Iraq?" ... etc.
The Republican controlled Congress hasn't held the Bush White House accountable for ANYTHING. Next Tuesday we get our chance to elect a Democratic Congress that will finally hold hearings to ask the questions that every citizen, whether Democrat or Republican, deserves to have the answers to.
