Are white people still "stuck on color".

::::::::

I've read so many responses to the South Carolina primary results that it amazes me how ignorant some people can be.

Some can find every reason in the world to claim the Clintons received a raw deal in the south. Are you people BLIND by any chance? It's like you didn't even see the controversies the Clintons tried to inject into the campaign down there. Evidently you felt that was something they were supposed to do and that, in itself, shows your ignorance of the times.

We have grown from the 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s, 70s, 80s and even the 90s so wake up America. If you haven't changed with the times, then you are as ignorant as you used to be, no matter how old you are.

The young people and very many older ones also want a CHANGE from the way things used to be. Obama signifies that change, whether you see it or not. The Clintons signifies the same old policies, war games, negative campaigning, and everything that is bad in politics today. That's exactly why you got BUSH AND CHENEY because that's what you voted for and that's what you wanted. Now you're "boo hooing" because they have failed to do anything worthwhile for this country. Well, You asked for it, you got it, Toyota!

[Again, Toyota has nothing to do with my personal feelings so you don't have to complain to them -- complain to me! I'm big enough to take it and bounce right back on ya!]

Now if you don't want to make another mistake and send us into another downward spiral into hell itself, then wake up, investigate the candidates, and use your common sense when evaluating them. Stop being "color blinded" by them.

And most of all, it never ceases to amaze me that whites never once felt so bad about getting the black votes until it happened to be a black man receiving the votes. What's wrong with that picture? You never complained before about who we voted for, as long as it was for a white person. Why complain now?

We've never had anyone we felt we could trust since the Kennedys and now that someone is so inspiring and uplifting to us, you want to pull us back down into the mire because you are afraid of a black man evidently.

Are we supposed to vote white no matter how we feel about ithe candidate, because white is supposed to be right, we were told for so many years? I don't think so. We have grown up and are much more educated than we used to be. We have the character to vote for the "best man/lady", not for his/her color. You people are the ones "stuck on a color", not us. So don't blame us for your ignorance or for our choices.

Wake up and smell the coffee. The black man is the better candidate no matter how you drink yours -- with or without sugar!

I just want to know what the difference is to each of you, personally. Can you not see a black man running our government at all? Are you still prejudiced enough to be stuck on color, where education and character can't even work its way into the picture?

Investigate and get back to me:), even though I think I know already!

A concerned citizen who wishes to WAKE UP AMERICA to how we are being brainwashed every day by the Powers That Be and that we must use our COMMON SENSE to evaluate what is going on in our country without believing the government who is in charge (more...)
