Wall street strong arming the FED to lower interest rates benefits who exactly? Everybody? I don't think so. It benefits the fast money speculators that have made a wreck of basic commodity prices over the last few years. This debt created fiat money thing is just not bringing the stability to the economic interests of the regular citizen. On this the Federal Reserve is a failure. It has politicized itself by responding to such a small, special interest minority. What it's doing is moving the goal posts of success further away from those just coming into their own or in general on the lower end of the socio-economic ladder. It is making these people slaves to those in power to lend or not lend money at terms dictated to enhance the lender and speculator disproportionately. Life is out of balance on this real measure of the quality of life. This one real measure of happiness, financial independence, is being stolen by the FED policy of rampant inflation and the produce nothing but personal profit at everybody elses expense speculators.The more you observe the more it is clear that Media, The FED and Government are acting on an agenda purely their own and the people are getting stuck with the diminishing returns. The WAR ON HAPPINESS has as it's lynch pin the methodical stripping of power away from the lower classes. The power of the lower classes to trust their money and make simple sound investments is all but gone. Even real estate is a worrisome investment as speculators have destabilized that once rock solid ticket to financial independence. Clearly the so called stock market has been rigged to favor the inside speculator and no one else. Clearly the constant rising of the cost of living is limiting the lower classes their liberty, choice and sense of security.
The constant drone of the war drums is slowly numbing people into a bunker mentality. People are worried about holding on to what they got as opposed to dreaming and planning to make life all that it can be. The WAR ON TERROR with it's chameleon enemies du jour promise nothing but endless government lies, violence industry profits, winnowing civil liberties and instead of happiness, fear, loathing and distrust. The WAR ON HAPPINESS is producing casualties. What we're becoming is a population beat down to the point of being the living dead. But then, Zombies are easy to control.
Only Zombies will believe that what we just saw in New Hampshire was the real deal. The Media is trying to tell us that people lied to the pollsters and then went in and voted for what, more blatant power to the corporate special interests? Hillary said last week that New Hampshire would be a demonstration of how voting works in America. She was right. Except we have seen this before and sadly are becoming accustomed to it. Americans are settling for this limited happiness thing here in the New World Order. Docile Americans accept the eyebrow raising explanations of the media for just about everything. But then, we're all so busy trying to beat on each other as we scramble up that ever rising treadmill towards some kind of, rapidly becoming unattainable, stable comfort in life.
So what to do about it? Well, until many many more Americans wake up to this status quo of being marginalized daily and having no real voice, I suppose you will just have to do the best you can. You want to drive a car, then you will just have to pony up at the gas pump and forget about the Speculators, Oil Company profits and inflation. You want to own a house, well, you can forget that. No one is ever free and clear financially in their home anymore. If it's not the constant allure to borrow your equity, it's taxes. Property taxes are literally making scared homebodies out retired people who had dreamed of travel and fun in their golden years. I haven't even mentioned the exorbitant, totally out of proportion costs of Health care and insurance. That's just another weapon in the WAR ON HAPPINESS.
Don't let them win. You can always find a way to be happy. knowledge of what's being done to you can at least help you stop blaming yourself. Of course, the WAR ON HAPPINESS people fully expect you to believe it when they tell you it's all your fault. They expect you to believe that Terrorists somewhere hate your freedoms. That health care is so expensive because of your lifestyle and so on. Well, people hate your freedoms alright, but it's not those simple people over in the Mid East. The WAR ON HAPPINESS is being prosecuted right here by People at home.
