This emblematic of how the Aristocracy thinks of everyone... and I do mean everyone, who doesn't fit their idea of who should be allowed in their little club of bigotry and hatred.

I would just like to reiterate what occurred yesterday on the public sidewalks of Berkeley, California.

One man was walking northbound, right around John's Ice Cream. This man was middle-aged and dressed nicely in his business attire. The other man was heading southbound, and did not see the man heading northbound, as there was a gaggle of folks flowing through at the same exact time. The Man Heading Southbound accidentally bumped into the Man Heading Northbound. The Man Heading Southbound stopped about ten feet from where the bump occurred, turned to the Man Heading Northbound, and apologized. The Man Heading Northbound had stopped his progress as well, and was actively staring at the Man Heading Southbound, as if he was asking his twelve-year-old daughter for sex. So the Man Heading Southbound reiterated his apology ... to no avail. The Man Heading Northbound stood his ground.

Never wavering. Never giving up any ground, metaphorically nor in reality.

That's when the Man Heading Southbound uttered, "Why do you have to be an 'a**hole'? I said I was sorry." Apparently, though, the apology was not good enough for the Man Heading Northbound. Oh, and the Man Heading Southbound ... he wasn't a homeless guy! He wasn't a mentally handicapped guy who was patient dumped by John George Psychiatric Hospital, either! No, this Guy Heading Southbound was an average citizen who was made to feel as though he was not welcome... on the public sidewalk. ?

After the "a**hole" remark, I took a close look at what the Man Heading Northbound had in his left hand. He had pamphlets. About three inches thick worth, too. Quite a bit of 'em; I'd say they were in the hundreds in count. He also had an equal amount of white envelopes. He was obviously going to be mailing whatever the message was in those envelopes ... and then I read what was on those pamphlets.

"Yes on S!"

That's when I rose to my feet and started yelling, "Oh! This is a 'Yes on S!' guy! This is a Fascist!"

That is when the bastard started walking to the crosswalk and crossed Shattuck Boulevard, and headed past Federal Express and up toward the Gaia Building.

Why am I digging up this story from yesterday? Well, for one, maybe someone did not read it yesterday, because I did post it late. And secondly, because I did not post it on OpEdNews.com, either. That is where I write, people ... if you ever want to read my stuff on that site, too. And three, because it shows the motivation of the Downtown [Berkeley] Business Association (DBA). It shows the mentality. It shows me, and anyone who is semi-intelligent, and can see metaphor for what it is, that these Fascists do not wish to share the public sidewalks with anyone, let alone a homeless person! This was an average-type citizen who was basically made to feel like a stranger... and unwanted presence, on a public sidewalk, after apologizing?! And there's another aspect to this story that really chaps my ass. The mentality this person displayed toward some average stranger, who was genuinely apologetic (I can say this because I heard it) shows the arrogance of the Aristocracy who are pushing this intolerant campaign against the homeless and mentally handicapped people (a lot of them one-in-the-same), and how they have decided to turn on the rest of what used to be the "middle-class."

Is anyone waking up, yet?

The people being targeted for this brand of hatred and intolerance are being scapegoated, obviously. And the people perpetrating the scapegoating are the very same "a**holes" who caused all the mess in this country, with deregulation and the systematic dismantling of all things balance. They are the ones who have raped the coffers and are blaming those who are being affected by their thievery for said criminal act. It's a projection of their own guilt and crimes. It's like the mayor's mentality and own words when discussing Measure U, the "Sunshine Ordinance." (Called 'Sunshine Ordinance' because it 'shines' light on all the wanton corruption these very same a**holes are trying to cover up.) A measure that gives the tax-paying citizens of Berkeley the right to check out what the mayor and his crony land-developing buddies are doing, with their tax dollars. The mayor (Tom 'Master' Bates) used the words, "The voters will see through them" when asked about Measure U. Number one, that quote makes no sense, at all. Unless he's trying to be funny (and he's not) using "through them" as a pun for "transparency," which does not fit anyway (Which would make him a bad comedian, which may be even worse than a corrupt politicians ... not too sure), he's full of it.

So it comes down to the mayor not really saying anything there.

Yeah, the voters will "see through" the citizens of Berkeley (who are one-in-the-same, mind you) who put this measure on the ballot, so they can keep tabs on you and your criminal enterprise? Right. If this weren't such a slap in the face it would be hilarious! The reason Measure U is even on the ballot is because the last measure voted upon did not have enough teeth. And that was set up to fail, and the mayor and his cronies knew that. So this time, the citizens have their eye on the proverbial ball, and they are not wavering. And no amount of chicanery will be allowed to obstruct justice ... which could end up being yet another charge added to the alleged criminality that has been permeating the Berkeley landscape since Bates took office.

Just a side note: when Tom Bates first ran for mayor, there was a (negative) story written about him in a Cal Berkeley newspaper, The Daily Californian, so he decided to steal all of them, so people could not read them?! There is most likely a pattern of behavior here, people. When your kid is caught with their hands in the cookie jar too many times, you usually move the cookies, or put that kid on restriction... or both!

The arrogance of the Aristocracy is ultimately what will be their very own undoing.

Sincerely,

"Let Them Eat Cake."
