I want to be a vegetarian. I have that as a goal for two reasons. First, I do not want my life to be sustained by the death of other creatures. Second, it makes sense from a resource standpoint. You get much less from the meat than you would from eating an equivalent of vegetable matter that went into feeding the animal to begin with.
So, as I wrote as a response some time ago, I embarked on an effort to wean myself off of animal meat. I replaced one or two additional meals a week every other week, with a pure vegetarian one. Somehow, I got off track and gave up altogether.
I want to try again at some point, but I need more guidance on how to do it. Anyone else out there have any suggestions?
