Now, it is a long shot at general since 75% of the states would have to agree, but i say... let them.
Let them, then bring Bill back to run against Bush. Bush cannot get more than a 45% approval rate but Billy, he had a 70% approval rating in the middle of being impeached. Any debate the referee would have to call a TKO within two minutes.
The arrogance of this criminal administration knows no boundaries. Let them have their repeal, then maybe we can finally be rid of this nightmare.
