What does that chant remind you of?

I wonder if anyone else has the same response, when at McCain/Palin rally’s you hear the chant “USA,USA,USA, and the resemblance to Hitler’s Germany. Are they celebrating the fact that we have military in 120 countries, or the facts of Abu Ghraib, or Guantanamo, or the innocents that have died in Iraq and Afghanistan? As a child in the 40’s, I remember how we all played WWII games but my children of the 60’s did not play Vietnam games. We have honored war far too long in this country and it is time to stop. For many of the “screamers” at the McCain rally’s, they are the same people that say to the poor, “get a job”, or to those without health care, “there is Medicare for those people”. I just wish I could take these “patriots” to Cambodia, or Laos, and see the land mine victims, that even today are still losing limbs, eyes, and life, then have them chant, “USA,USA,USA.
