2) allow localities to protect themselves from the monstrosity that has
grown from colonialism internally
3) we can stop attempting to dominate each other (North vs. South, etc)
and work together to resolve our security problems such as Latin
American cocaine, and Middle East terror.
4) finally dump the murderous psychosis that is the CIA
