Insane laws to basically BAN PETS! ACT NOW!

I am so sorry I only got news of this a few minutes ago, PLEASE! see the video and ACT immediately!

This is so insane, kids and elderly folks and everyone else that has a pet to love, whatever variety they have ARE AT RISK! of loosing their pets. Or not being able to replace them when they pass.

There must be something in the water in congress to be causing these INSANE thoughts to be made into laws!
