Call me a pessimist, but I think neither Hillary or Obama are electable. But rather than seeing this as being done via stupidity of the Democrats, I'm coming to a view that the "shapers of our world" have limited our "choices" to these via media coverage and discouragement of those who might actually win. When Dean was saying the right things to win, last time, media coverage of an obscure exchange with a heckler gave us Kerry -- a _loooooser_ -- sorry John, aside from being a "skull and bones"-er, you seem to be a nice guy. But it sure seems we are cultivating giving elections to _other_ than representatives of the people.
Hasn't anybody noticed that, in addition to not fixing the vote-counting, (which might account for a 15% cheat, next time) that Hillary is a _woman_ and that Obama is _black_? That's not to mention that Obama's middle name might actually _be_ "Hussein".
Doesn't anybody realize how these election things go? We have an electorate that can't read, that respects the stupidest things that can be put into a sound-bite, and that "winning at all costs" is what those with the gold will _do_ in order to recover those "costs". Yes, _I'd_ vote for Hillary or Obama over any Nazi, but I don't believe the country will.
