I was thrilled ,annoyed and some how disappointed to see such a crack in our beliefs and responsibilities...See in Kevin sites interrogating Josh Wolf on his beliefs as a responsible Bolger...this is somehow crazy .!!We should stand firm on our responsibilities towards values in the real world. If there is any one in the world that can portray the truth it is us, as intellectuals and writers, and if there are ways to deflect the truth, again it is through our expertise...So we stand on a very sensitive ground. Between 2 worlds: the irresponsive and the responsive. The latter is when a reporter sees a hanging, shoots the incident as a mere news release, or feels abominated by it and tries to do some interview to depict the truth behind the incident. There are 2 ways of going about journalism....In my opinion, concrete journalism is happening in countries where despotic rulers have left a determining role and decision for the revealing journalist: either takes side with the victim or side with the butcher. A very practical example is Iran. Iran's bogglers are the most prolific in the world.
