just saw that Obama's behind the first new nuclear power plant in 30 years-- in Georgia.

It's going to get $8 billion in federal help. I have to wonder what Obama is getting in return. It's hard to imagine Saxby Chambliss or Johnny Isakson of playing ball at all.

These are the most partisan of times. An $8 billion federal project in a state has to have palmgrease, baksheesh, whatever you want to call it-- something making it happen.

Any ideas?
