"And I sincerely believe, with you, that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies; and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale." Thomas Jefferson, Third President of the Republic of the United States of America.

The new bonds ...
by W. Finnerty Sat Feb 09, 2013 02:08

"The new bonds -- eight in total -- fall due in 2038 and every two years between 2041 and 2053, with an interest margin of between 2.50 and 2.68 per cent -- plus the "Euribor', the rate at which European banks lend to each other -- on each one." (From: http://businessetc.thejournal.ie/cost-of-borrowing-falls-promissory-note-deal-788715-Feb2013/ )

Does our Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) have the right to saddle future generations not yet even conceived, let alone born, with "bangster agreements" of the above kind: especially when we, as an internationally recognised sovereign independent nation-state, could be providing ourselves with our own debt-free and interest-free money?

Democracy will rise superior to the money power, Prime Minister Enda Kenny: http://tinyurl.com/abrvur3

The way our Government (Executive, Legislative, and Judicial) appears to me to be interpreting Article 6.1 of our Constitution is roughly as follows:

"All powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under God, from the banksters, whose right it is to designate the rulers of the State from behind the scenes at Bilderberg gatherings (and similar highly secretive gatherings all over the place) and to then promote them with much help from the main-stream-media corporations owned by the banksters, and, in final appeal, with much 'black is white because we say so' fraudulent interpretation of the law from arrogant, know-it-all, and corruption-ridden lawyers, also owned by the banksters, to decide all questions of national policy, according to the requirements of the banksters good, and the good of all in governments who support the banksters."

The actual text of Article 6.1 of Bunreacht na hEireann, the Constitution of the Republic of Ireland, and as such the SUPREME LAW of the Republic of Ireland, reads as follows:

"All powers of government, legislative, executive and judicial, derive, under God, from the people, whose right it is to designate the rulers of the State and, in final appeal, to decide all questions of national policy, according to the requirements of the common good."

Epilogue ...

"The system of banking we have both equally and ever reprobated. I contemplate it as a blot left in all our constitutions, which, if not covered, will end in their destruction, which is already hit by the gamblers in corruption, and is sweeping away in its progress the fortunes and morals of our citizens. Funding I consider as limited, rightfully, to a redemption of the debt within the lives of a majority of the generation contracting it; every generation coming equally, by the laws of the Creator of the world, to the free possession of the earth he made for their subsistence, unincumbered by their predecessors, who, like them, were but tenants for life"
And I sincerely believe, with you, that banking establishments are more dangerous than standing armies; and that the principle of spending money to be paid by posterity, under the name of funding, is but swindling futurity on a large scale."

Thomas Jefferson
to John Taylor, letter dated May 28th1816. ME 15:23
