The problem with having one's head shoved up one's anal orifice is that the body no longer stands upright...it forms a circle. That circle rolls. Gravity being what it is, all circles will roll down hill to their lowest point, threatening to roll up to one side, and then another, and back again. Finally, the rectally cognitive individual comes to rest at the lowest point a human can occupy -- given where they began their journey.
Texas started in a good and decent place many, many years ago. Then LBJ showed up, threw a bunch of money at people, murdered several others and was finally forced to murder the President of the United States to keep his crimes from reaching a courtroom.
