Any thinking progressive has to realize by now that the Obama administration is so quick to dump progressives on the merest hint of manufactured scandal because they really don't like the progressive wing on the "far left" of their party. The weasel-worded promises they made to get elected are too greasy to stick in their throats, and the expectations of millions of hardworking Americans were always unrealistic in their eyes. The only real remedy for their actions is to break them, break their party, and build a new party responsible to the real needs of real working people, a real working peoples' party that can take power and use it for their own benefit, not the banks and transnational capital.Meanwhile, of course, we have to hold their feet to the fire and let them know we are watching.
