What IS the Right of Defence?
Some persons say that the Right of Defence is the right to protect yourself. This is Not correct, but only because it neglects other aspects not because it is wrong. Don't expect me to link to web pages and comments else where this is a diary, a place to clarify my own thoughts.
This is my understanding of the Rights as the "educated Englishman" was expected to know their rights. [You will notice that they seem to have disappeared in England]

* First of course is the Right of Self-defence, that most hear spoken about, which includes self, household and those about you.
* Second the Right of Posse Comitatus, the right to join in the process of Community defence against criminality made up of those very local citizens, and lead by local authority.
* Third the Right of Militia, the right to enroll in the process of Militia defence against military invasion and insurrection made up of local citizens, and lead by State or Union authority.
* Forth the Right of Law, holding the ability to stand against both the State and or Union, while holding them accountable for violating the Constitutions of those bodies, and the rights of their citizens.
