The dummicraps don't want to IMPEACH NOW because they don't care about what is good for America. Their only concern is trying to win the 2008 presidential election. So they seem to believe that if they leave the self-admitted WAR CRIMINAL in office that will help them to win in 2008. The sad reality is they couldn't be more wrong because if they nominate Hillary or Obama they will be nominating 100% guaranteed LOSERS. So they will be letting Dubya Gump off the hook AND they will still lose the 2008 election.
So what is the urgency of impeachment???? Well other than upholding the CONSTITUTION the primary urgency is that Dubya Gump has lost his "BRAIN" with the resignation of Karl Rove which basically consolidates the influence of The Dick Cheney over Dubya. The Dick wants to attack IRAN and if left in office Dubya will attack Iran which will lead to a war against China and Russia (Iran is the #1 supplier of energy to BOTH Russia and China). So basically if Congress refuses to follow the Constitution and doesn't impeach there is a very strong possibility of our homeland being bombed into oblivion....
