You can get used to everything. It does not surprise me that an MSM shill like George Will ( see above link) slanders Georgy Zhukov (the famed Russian commander in WWII, who signed the German Capitulation act from Russia) by using the very old interpretation lie about Zhukov saying to Ike that Russian armies just marched through the minefields. What Zhukov meant was that no minefields could stop the Russian advance and valor. Whoever cared to read at least something about him knows how he desperately again and again preserved the lives of the soldiers and how tough it was for him. Ignorance is a bliss; George does not know that Germans mined also the civilian territories; for years after the war Russian kids could not go to the forests for mushrooming safely. Even in the 60s and 70s they still discovered bombs in the basements. George Will does not care- he just uses a template like all the other stupid, lazy, malicious shills who sit there due to nepotism and crookery, who never ever did anything by themselves, who have no morals, no dignity, no conscience and no soul.
Many years ago Russian poet Lermontov wrote a poem "To the Death of the Poet" cursing those who drew great Alexander Pushkin to the careless duel and death. There were such verses there:
- But there's God's trial for you,
- The spreaders of Perversion
I am an atheist but I hope there is one and after that trial George Will finds himself in the middle of an open minefield. In Hell.
Some people might flinch at that reaction of mine; who cares about who calls whom now after 68 years? To those people I respond, "Imagine George Will using General Lee or General Washington or Patton in the similar context and what would your reaction would be. If you respect your heroes you better be ready to respect the ones of others."
