The Media "Fiddles" While The World Burns

While our attention has been skillfully deterred from the actual plan, the world is in the wake of great peril.

While the media attention is focused on the great political wranglings between the Republicans and Democrats we have no mention of the actions of Bush and Cheney. Cheney, of course, has been in solitude for months, a danger sign if there ever was one as those are times when he is plotting his next move. Remember, he went into solitude during the Energy Task Force period, then again during the Summer of 2001, and again in the Summer of 2002, to name just three times. We know of the aftermath of the Energy Task Force, and are reminded every time we go to the pumps. We are reminded almost daily of his “time in hiding” during the Summer of 2001 every time we see an image of New York City minus those two tall towers (also remember who was in charge in the Command Center on the morning of 9/11), and then of course we are reminded daily of the horrible effects of the illegal occupation of Iraq and the loss of hundreds of thousands of innocent Iraqi lives and tens of thousands of American lives either lost or maimed for life.

Of course let's not forget that sh*t happens shortly after Bush “disappears” as well. Of course that is an easy one as he always seems to be on vacation, but let's not forget 9/11 which immediately followed his first lengthy vacation.

Well, Bush is now on vacation and Cheney has been underground for months so we can only guess on the happenings of Fall 2008. Word has it Cheney made a stop in Georgia , but there has been little or no media attention given to that even though world peace may be hanging by a thread over that situation.

While the media focus has the nation's attention on what's going on with McCain and Obama we are hearing nothing of, and the candidates are playing their part by not mentioning them either, Russia's warnings to the US on our desire to put up the Defense shield in Poland, Georgia's attack on Russians and Russia's counter-attack on Georgia (of course we are being told Russia unilaterally attacked Georgia, which is false), the build up of naval forces in the Black Sea, and Israel's threats to attack Iran which Russia says they will counter with attacks of their own on Israel.

In the mean time the Bush/Cheney cabal has been passing laws and writing Presidential Directives and Executive Orders that have conveniently paved the way for them to simply take over complete control of our nation imposing martial law and postponing the November 4th elections.

The World is on the brink of what may well be total destruction while the media propaganda machine gives us sound bites given them by the political mirages of the McCain and Obama campaigns.
