One has to wonder, of what in the biosphere the Clinton Administration was thinking when they left a $5.9 Trillion dollar legacy for the Republicans to squander. Especially when Alan Greenspan had earmarked $3.6 Trillion for Social Security and the rest could have been used for State by state infrastructure rebuilding? Were they assuming Gore would win? We learn early in life, take nothing for granted; assume nothing. They must have forgotten that. What Might Have Been and Still Can Be Options abounded and still do: Fix the obvious problems with the infrastructure in New Orleans. Fix the bridges, streets and sewers across America; create a national healthcare plan. Recreate the spirit of FDR's jobs programs, like the CCC and the National Arts Programs. Rebuild America's cities, and make positive changes, like: taxing the outsourcing Companies hugely to support a health care plan for all. Cleanup, cleanout; the stock and commodities markets. Create a new imperative for America, which will make us once again a nation imbued with a caring and empathetic notion, instead of a nation which once condemned in the Mafia's racketeering, which is exactly everything the fascists under Neo-Con leadership, call doing business as usual.
In the world in which my family and probably yours if they were life long Democrats, grew up and was nurtured, avarice was shunned, looked down upon as a disgraceful thing. If we had our way avarice would have been disparaged, as a degrading, despicable thing, a shame on par with rape, genocide and mass-murder. Why? Because avarice/greed has caused more unhappiness, illness, suffering and death than any other source in Human History. To FDR avarice was in that same category of shameful, contaminated evil. Most of the suffering in the last seven-plus years may have been avoided if our leadership were men and women of God, steeped in empathy, knowledgeable of the Sermon on The Mount and in deep contact with the inner spirit of God, but unfortunately, apparently, not enough humans right now are so steeped, at least not as great a percentage of the population of the USA as there were in the period from 1932-1945. While I see no FDR in our immediate future, I see a possible FDR lost in Elliot Spitzer over a thing most trivial, (a minor matter in the annals of fame and infamy but a thing which those who are clueless about God see as a matter of great import, which should be rather obvious in the Biblical passage (John 4:4-42) sited in the above link. Sexual dalliances, many of which contain mitigating circumstances, are to God as trivial as a Lady Bug flying overhead. Why did I group Ron Paul as a future FDR, as Elliot Spitzer certainly was? I was exaggerating for effect, but in a sense, although many of his followers see him as the prophet of Libertarianism and although many behold Libertarians as ultraconservatives, in their zeal to purify national intentions, they would eliminate many of the same evils, as would a new FDR, or a Spitzer. As I have said in the past, under Spitzer, the Military (Medical) Industrial Complex might have been nationalized and all necessities removed from the world of profit making, necessities like water, fuel, medicine and medical care, a housing program for the poor and neglected, ending the death penalty, a New Deal for all Americans and the return of the CCC and National Arts Program of the Once and Future, returning, MAJOR DEPRESSION. They would also eliminate the FED, Avarice, fascism would be prosecuted, and human sexual behavior would no longer be the business of news hounds, government or lawmakers. Under Ron Paul, at least half of the above would also have been relegated to the trash heap of history, the outhouse of time. Through the auspices of the Fixed Criminal Racketeering Current Boards of Directors, conspiratorial system and have-nots through racketeering can be realized.

Sex, as per the wishes of God Almighty, is a thing created to be pleasurable for humans. We are the only creatures on this planet who indulge in sexual behavior out of the wonder of mutual admiration, desire, and or love, rather than instinct. It is one of the rare and strong differences between humans and the beasts of the fields. Only those mentally ill see a thing created by God, such as sexual indulgence as evil. Only guilty, perverted minds fuse God's creation, as a thing to be despised, because despising or disparaging a thing Created by God is Blasphemous and Hell Fire fetching. In closing, we could have brought good health, joy and peace to 300,000,000 million Americans and at the same time stamped out Greed/Avarice. We could worked out a peace with Iraq, without wasting $8.6 Trillion dollars, murdering 1.5 million Americans and Iraqi citizens, causing 3.5 million casualties and 4.2 million Diaspora and homeless and the unleashing horrors concocted in the twisted minds of a handful of people in industry and government, the minions of Satan, semi-beings lacking souls.
We could have had fine, pure, water, strong bridges, concrete streets and clean functional sewage, health care and geothermal HVAC w/solar shingles, instead of oil/natural gas burning, primitive, expensive and contamination spreading, Forced Air everywhere in America.
