The dark haired man you can see standing next to The Dick Cheney at 2 min 20 seconds into this video is Brent Warr. He is the mayor of Gulfport, MS and apparently had a home less than an 1/8 of mile or so from my former home that was destroyed by Hurricane Katrina. He was arrested today as you can read here:
