Gratitude is the highest expression of Love
When I speak of LOVE,
I am talking Pure Love,
Which is Unconditional
Pure Love neither requires
Nor expects any payback at all.
As my way of expressing Thanksgiving,
I spin for you 1 Corinthians: Chapter 13:
If I speak with an angelic tongue but I do not have love,
I am but a resounding gong; a clashing cymbal without harmony.
And if I have the gift of prophecy and comprehend all mysteries and all knowledge
And even if I have the faith to move mountains,
But, I do not have love,
I am nothing.
If I give away everything I own,
But I do not have love,
I gain nothing;
And I am all alone.
Love is patient,
Love is kind,
Love is never jealous,
Love is not arrogant,
Love is not inflated,
Love is not rude,
Love does not seek its own interests;
But seeks the greater good!
Love is not quick-tempered
Love never holds a grudge
Love does not rejoice over wrongdoing
Love rejoices with THE TRUTH!
Love bears all things,
Love believes all things work for the good,
Love hopes all things positive,
Love endures all hurts
Love never fails.
At present we see through the glass darkly;
At present I know partially,
One day-and I don’t when that will be-
But one day, I am sure
That we will all see fully
As we are fully seen.
And faith, hope, and love will always remain
Out of that trinity,
The greatest is love.

And when we come to love our self
Just as we are;
Imperfect beings who are like no other;
Yet, connected to All
When we become the self
That nobody else is or can become;
Then we will understand that the ONLY danger in life is getting stuck on the journey we call life.
