Monday evening Keith Olbermann apologized for a incident that occurred last week on his show when he was not there. The substitute, a very charming young woman of African heritage, made some really inappropriate remarks about Mrs. Vitter's dress and neckline in a short video of Senator and Mrs. Vitter apologizing to the good folk of Louisiana for Senator Vitter's whoring around in Washington. I noticed the presentation and spoke aloud to my television set about it. I meant to write about it, but got distracted and then bought the Potter book and have been busy. I then thought bringing it up would draw too much attention to it, giving it credence and celebrity. Keith did the right thing. However he noticed it, he did take it as his own and apologized. As we say out here in the trenches: Olbermann rocks!
