Ten Abstract Expressionist Paintings by George Karl Pfahler

The Monographs' statement about Pfahler's paintings is still being prepared, so note that the first three of the following works date before 1959, when abstract expressionism was just getting starting in New York, and the paintings were highly individualistic for that time and non-geometric; whereas, the next seven paintings are all examples of a fundamentally different and more colorful, and (what I call a) geometric, abstract expressionist style.
