Bush along with Congress has decieded that instead of giving you your money back, or just letting you keep the money you make, they are going to borrow you money you didn't ask for, like it or not. If you think for one second that money comes without a price you are dead wrong. Obviously these people have not figured out that you cant pay back debt by creating more of it.Here is the real deal. The money you will get from the stimulus package is going to be borrowed to you whether you want it or not . They are going to loan you money. Yes, I said, LOAN you money. The check you will be recieving will be an advance on next years tax return. It's by no means free money, it's not your money back, it's money you will have to pay back on your next years tax return. This will be money they are going to print out of thin air. If you are thinking to yourself what a joke, you wouldnt be off the track here. They are asking you to pay back money that never existed. Where is the promisary note of you asking to borrow money. Even worse yet money that does not exist.
For those of you that dont get a tax return and have to pay in, plan on paying that back next year. For those of you that get a return, plan on deducting it from what you will get back next year. What I don't understand is, they are are just throwing fuel on a fire that is already raging. I will point out if you earn $249.99 a month or less the money is free. This just goes to show you it does not matter if you are a Democrat or a Republican, its whether you are honest or dishonest. I will conclude with this, they did not tell you you were going to have to pay it back.
